One of the Boosters’ essential functions is to raise funds to help offset the costs that would otherwise fall on the families of the choir students. Through fundraisers, the Boosters are able to cover the majority of the costs associated with producing high caliber performances and compete at regional and national choir invitationals.
Costs include:
- Scholarships and financial aid for students who need it
- Costumes
- Set and props
- Professional choreographer
- Professional musicians for each performance
- Competitions travel expenses (e.g. transportation for the students, musicians, directors and equipment to each competition.
